At The Computer Repair Centre we can connect to your computer or laptop remotely to assist you. This system does require that you have a working internet connection to allow us to make the connection to your computer.

Once connected we can take control of your laptop or desktop and provide any assistance or training from our offices.

Remote Support Software Download

Should we need to connect to your computer remotely please follow these instructions to download the required program to allow us to connect to your computer.

  1. Follow this link: Software download page.
  2. Under the heading ‘Additional downloads’ please click the download button under the title ‘For the instant customer: TeamViewer QuickSupport’.

Once you have downloaded the remote support software please call us on 02392 461 012 to allow us to connect to your computer. You will have complete control over the secure connection which only you can initiate. You are also able to terminate the connection at any time by simply closing the program.
